It snowed more than usual in late november/early december leaving us with close to a foot of hard snow by new years eve. At that point it started snowing again though, and yesterday it snowed 40-50 centimeters alone.

This image is taken from the back porch door and is meant to show just how much snow we have now - although it is somewhat difficult to have the sheer muchness of it translate properly to a picture.
