This is a drawing that my son (recently turned 5 years old) made in kindergarten. It was for me and he could tell me that it pictured me and a 'D' (of course).

Now, one could suspect that I have mentioned D and programming to him, but I don't think I did - still it seems that he's getting the right idea ;)

The same cat, this time sleeping (at least pretending to do so).

We have recently got a cat in the house, one that we picked up at a place dealing with cats left alone. He's called Homér and is a wonderful 5 month old male.

For the last couple of days, I've been to Dyreparken in Kristiansand (a zoo) with my son. He especially enjoyed the animals that it was possible to get really close to, like domestic animals and the small deers (Bambi like), but probably enjoyed the amusement parts of the park even more. Myself, I just can't stop wanting a cuddly "little" tiger ...

The first day was

For a long a while, a couple of the tigers were just relaxing by the fence.

Here one of the tigers was taking a stroll into the water, apparently this kind loves to bath and are good swimmers.

A picture from Kristiansand Dyrepark, the biggest zoo in Norway. In this picture I was able to capture 3 tigers (I think that was all there at the moment) at once.
